Jammu, Apr 29: Sheep and Wool Workers Association (SWWA) today organized a meeting at Directorate Complex of Sheep Husbandry Department, Jammu under the Chairmanship of Rajinder Singh Pawar a Senior most Trade Union and constituted an adhoc body.
The members elected for this adhoc body included Asheesh Sharma as President, Rajinder Singh Pawar, Hamid Hussain, I.L. Bhatti, Haji Khushal Mohd, Ashok Badyal, Narinder Singh Dard, Gowardhan Singh Slathia, Tilak Raj Thappa, Hem Raj Thakur, Rajinder Singh, Ashiq Hussain, Darshan Lal, Fazal Hussain, Abdul Rashid, Cheena Dutta, Chittar Lekha, Anil Kumar and Khazan Singh.
The members of the newly adhoc elected body pledged that they will unitedly work for the cause of employees as well as for Sheep Husbandry Department.
Later, electing the adhoc body a deputation of the aforesaid body met with Director, Sheep Husbandry Department, Jammu in his office chamber for introductory meeting and to highlight the problems faced by the employees of the department. After hearing patently the director has assured for fulfillment of the genuine demands of the employees. |
