HC stays attachment of Chief Enforcement Officer JMC 4/29/2015 11:23:55 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 29: In a petition filed by Satish Khajuria Chief Enforcement Officer Jammu Municipal Coportaion who was attached with Housing and Urban Development Dept, Justice Tashi Rabstan of J&K High Court stayed the operation of the impugned order. Justice Tashi Rabsran after hearing Adv Gagan Basotra appearing for the petitioner issued notice to Commissioner/Secretary Housing & Urban Development Department, Commissioner JMC and Kamini Kesar Enforcement Officer JMC and the same have accepted by Deputy AG BS Jamwal appearing for the state. The court also directed state to file response within one week and in the meanwhile subject to objections from other side and till next date before the Bench, operation of order impugned NO 14/HUD/2015 dtd April 24, 2015 (whereby CEO was attached) shall not be acted upon.
