Woman bootlegger held with 40 liquor pouches 4/30/2015 12:08:52 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 29: Narwal police today arrested a woman bootlegger besides recovering 40 pouches of illicit liquor. A case stands registered in this case. The accused has been identified namely as Shakila of Rajeev Nagar Jammu, police sources said. "A team led by SI Vishal Kumar, in-charge Police Post Narwal intercepted a woman in Narwal area on suspicion and during the search of her belongings the police party recovered 40 pouches of J&K Desi whisky.
