| Five health employees suspended for unauthorized 'absence' | | | Kishtwar, Apr 29 : Continuing drive against alleged rampant 'absenteeism' among government employees, the Deputy Commission Doda Bupinder Kumar during his surprise visit to Primary Health Center (PHC) Chinta placed five health employees under suspension who were found absent from the duty in unauthorized manner. As per the details available with "Early Times", the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Doda Bupinder Kumar alongwith senior administrative officials paid a surprise visit to Primary Health Center (PHC) Chinta and found five employees absent from their duties in an unauthorized manner. Taking serious note of this the DC Doda placed employees namely as Zumrood Hussan (CHO), Charanjeet Singh (Health Education), Sarita Devi (ISM Pharmacist under NRHM), Anil Kumar (Lab Technician) and Rehmat Afsar (Lab Technician under NRHM) under suspension. After suspension, DC issued show cause notice to them and also seeks an explanation from them.
Meanwhile locals have hailed action from Deputy Commissioner Doda which according to them will improve functioning of various government institutes. |
