Fresher's day organized 11/12/2016 11:34:03 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 12: A fresher's day was organized by the department of Electrical Engg at Yogananda College of Engg & Technology today with great pomp and show. The chief guest on the occasion was engineer Vidhi S. Singh, chairman, JGEI. The guest of honour was Shivdev Singh Jamwal, vice chairman JGEI. They were accompanied by Seema Narain, Director YCET. The Chief co-ordinator YCET, BR Verma and the COD of other departments also witnessed the event along with the entire faculty and staff of Electrical Engg Dept. The Chairman JGEI addressed the students with his inspirational thoughts and advised the students to best utilize their time and concentrate on academic activities along with fun and joy. Thereafter a sequence of cultural items were performed by the students of Electrical Engg. and concluded with the declaration of Mr and Miss Fresher titles.
