Jammu, Feb 22: An influential Inspector in Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) who is believed to be a die hard worker of National Conference has managed his transfer to his home district with the blessing of a Cabinet Minister of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP), sources told Early Times.
They said the MVD Inspector shifted his loyalty from National Conference to BJP for managing his posting in his home district.
The influential Inspector, sources said, was transferred to a hilly district from home district but managed his transfer within a span of few months.
"The Inspector of the MVD was transferred in 2017", they said, adding that the Inspector remained posted in Jammu district for some months and he again managed his transfer to his home district with the blessing of a BJP Cabinet Minister.
Earlier the Inspector had stayed in his home district for 5-years, the sources added. |
