SAMBA, July 23: A 48 year old man died of an electric shock at village Saran in District Samba here today. The deceased has been identified as Prem Singh Son of Chatter Singh resident of Village Sarna Samba.
According to the Police sources, the incident happened today morning, he was received an electric shock while working in his fields, when he suddenly touched alive wire of water motor pump, resulting he was receives critical burn injuries, his family members immediately shifted him to District Hospital Samba, where doctor declared him as brought dead and the body of the deceased was shifted to mortuary room for autopsy. After conducting the autopsy the body of the deceased was handover to its family members for last rites. In this regard Police has taken cognizance the matter and started investigation. |
