Jammu, Aug 10: A deputation of Executive members of central body of J&K PSA under the Chairmanship of Kamal Gupta President along with representatives of all District heads from Jammu Province met with the Director School Education Jammu Rakesh Kumar Srangal.
Members apprised the Director about the crisis developed in the Kathua district due to the locking of two schools by the District Magistrate Kathua.
General Secretary, Ajay Gupta, of the Association briefed the Director that locking of the schools has resulted a great hue and cry among owners of Private schools, students and parents. More over All Private schools of this district Kathua are under great panic and pressure.
President of the Association Kamal Gupta demanded unlocking of the offices of the schools to save unaided self financed private schools from humiliation and for the larger interest of the students.
Director School Education gave a patient hearing and assured the members that he will resolve this issue as early as possible so that all schools can flourish for the larger interest of the country. The members who accompanied the deputation included the R.P.Sharma, Ajay Singh, Subash Singh, R. D. Singh, Krishen Kumar, Rakesh Gupta and Ashok Manhas. |
