VDC member shoots self, dies 8/10/2018 10:41:21 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 10: A Village Defence Committee (VDC) member today allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle in Rajouri. The decased has been identified as Kuldeep Kumar son of Suresh Chander resident of Jamola. Police said that Kuldeep Kumar was a VDC member and he allegedly committed suicide when he shot himself with the 303 rifle. He died on spot and the body has been shifted to the hospital for post-mortem and other legal formalities.
