| DPS Udhampur holds plantation drive | | |  Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, Apr 1: "Instead of making "April Fool" on 1st April, plant at least one tree and make _"April Cool"_! This small campaign of yours may help making this earth "Cool".
DPS Udhampur stand strong with this proverb. So on 1st April DPS Udhampur held a plantation drive, as an initiative to make this April cool. The aim behind this drive was -We all make April Fool on 1st April , planting at least one will make "April Cool"! and would contribute towards the healthy and c lean environment .
The Plantation drive was done by classes IX, X and XII.
The students along with the Pro-Vice Chairman of the school Dr JC Gupta planted the saplings in the premises of the school.
This drive made our kids believe in commitment towards the noble cause of saving our planet and contributing towards the environment which is facing the problem of climatic change these days.
The Principal of the school Dr Kunal Anand stated that ,we must sensitize our kids in such a way that they should spread the same message further in the society and also make everyone feel responsible for the safety of the Mother Earth. |
