Govt PG College Rajouri inaugurates 7 days Winter Camp

Rajouri, Jan 3: NSS unit of Government PG College Rajouri inaugurated the seven days winter camp today in the college premises.
The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Riana, Principal Govt. P.G.College, Rajouri, Dr. M.K. Waqar Retired Principal was Special Guest at this occasion. The winter Camp aimed at the overall personality development of the students thereby facing various challenges of life.
It helps inculcating the essence of responsibility, team spirit, encouragement of the positivity, revelation of various talents hidden among the students and nuturing various qualities.
The faculty members present on the occasion were Prof. Javid Mughal, Prof. Manzoor Dar, Prof. Bashir Ahmed, Dr. Naseem Ahmed, NSS Programme officer boys wing presented the welcome address in which he emphasized upon the importance of the camp and also briefed about the activities to be carried out during the camp. Principal of the college, Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Raina in his speech stressed upon the enthusiastic conduction of the camp by the volunteers.
He also enthralled upon the volunteers to take full advantage of the platform provided by the NSS unit of the college by working with dedication and honesty for the overall development of their personality.
He laid down various examples of the alumni of the college specially the NSS volunteers who have attained heights in the society and career after being a part of this scheme.
