These MLAs have started deputing their wards and kin at the launch of developmental works in their respective constituencies for giving an impression to the people that they were still relevant. On getting information about commencement of any developmental work in their constituencies, the kin of MLAs concerned immediately reach the site and start befooling the masses by propagating that the said work was initiated on the recommendation of legislator, who have been otherwise stripped of all powers, including the Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
