BJP extends full support to traders

Kishtwar, Aug 24: Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) has extended full support to traders' community, who had suffered massive damages to their business and property in Kishtwar violence.
A meeting of BJP members was held at Kishtwar under the leadership of Ashok Koul in which issues pertaining to the present situation in Kishtwar district were discussed threadbare.
The party also checkout the strategy to counter the onslaught from ruling parties which according to the BJP is merely a propaganda from parties like NC and Congress who want to defame the nationalist forces for vote bank politics.
Various party leaders while speaking on the occasion condemn the allegations leveled against party youth leader Sunil Sharma and added that local NC leaders was disturbed from growing popularity of BJP party and Sunil Sharma among the Muslims.
"NC leadership is facing the trust deficit among the people of Kishtwar district, beside to cover up their failure as the NC MLA Sajjad Ahmed Kichloo has fail to deliver on development front were restoring to cheap political tactics to defame youth BJP leader among the people of Kishtwar district and particularly among the Muslims of Kishtwar", they said.
The speaker said that in order to cover up his failure and to divert the attention of the common people from issues of corruption and development, NC leadership returned to negative tactics like creating Eid violence.
BJP leaders rule out that that Eid violence as a Hindu-Muslim clash, but added that it was the fight between nationalist and anti nationalist forces. They said that the shops and business establishment of minority community was looted and burnt on behest of former MoS Home and demanded registration of an FIR against him. They also continue to stick its demand of removal of DIG Doda-Kishtwar Range Ashkoor Ahmed Wani and Dy. SP Farooq Qaseer, besides compensation to the victims at par with the losses.
Earlier a deputation of trade union Kishtwar also held a meeting with senior BJP leaders at his Kuleed office and briefs the visiting BJP delegation about the august 9, 2013 tragedy.
State General Secretary Bali Baghat, National youth Executive member Sunil Sharma, District President Rajinder Kumar, Capt. Hukum Chand, District Youth President Ashish Sharma, Chuni Lal Shan and others also attended the meeting.
