Justice Gandhi to reach Kishtwar today 8/25/2013 12:22:09 AM Early Times Report KISHTWAR, Aug 24: Justice Retired RC Gandhi appointed by the Jammu and Kashmir Government to probe August 9, 2013 communal clashes in Kishtwar District will assume his office at Kishtwar tomorrow afternoon. According to sources, Justice Gandhi, a retired judge of High Court will arrive at Kishtwar in the afternoon and will immediately assume his office at Kishtwar. Sources said that Justice Gandhi will either start its official work from Dak Banglow Kishtwar or from TRC till the Government makes permanent arrangements for his office. As per Government order, Gandhi will submit the inquiry report to the Government in one month.
