Haq, Manjit Singh seek votes for Azad 4/7/2014 11:07:23 PM Early Times Report Vijaypur, Apr 7: All India Congress Committee (AICC) member and In charge J&K Manul Haq and former Congress Minister Manjit Singh today appealed people in Ramgarh to give votes in favour of Madan Lal Sharma contesting from Jammu-Poonch and Ghulam Nabi Azad who is contesting on Udhampur-Doda - Kathua parliamentry seat. In a statement, senior Congress leader Manjit Singh and J&K Incharge Haq addressed a huge public meeting in border village. Speaking on the ocassion, Haq said nation grows whenever Congress is stronger and people should support the secular party."The communal forces have been trying to mislead people and people should remain aware of the dividing forces," he added. He turned down the claim of BJP and be fooling people about Modi wave."There is no Modi wave in J&K. There is only NC-Congress wave in the State and the alliance will win on all the six parliamentry seats of the State defeating communal forces," AICC senior leader Haq said while addressing party workers.
