One yr imprisonment to driver for negligent driving 4/19/2014 11:24:40 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 19 (JNF): Judicial Magistrate Hiranagar has convicted an accused namely Dilbagh Singh to undergo imprisonment for one year and fine Rs 1000/- in accident case in which one lady was died. Judicial Magistrate Hiranagar Preet Simran Kour after hearing Senior P/O JP Singh appearing for the State observed that prosecution has proved its case beyond shadow of doubt and awarded one year imprisonment and fine Rs 1000/- to Dilbagh Singh. According to the police case that on September 4, 2009 an information was received through a reliable source to PP Chadwal that a bus (PB32G-8652) driven by Dlibagh Singh in a rash and negligent manner hit one Indica in which one lady namely Satya Devi was killed.
