Dumpers owners demands ban on working of outsiders 7/21/2014 11:36:41 PM Jammu, July 21 : HYVA Dumpers Owners Association has urged upon the government and concerned departments to take up the matter with Construction agencies especially NH-IA Chenani-Nashri to address the problems and issues being faced by the Dumpers owners.Association President S Charanjeet Singh Khalsa while addressing the Dumper owners in meeting felt that the construction companies are exploiting the owners of Dumper and restore to illegal means by hiring dumpers belongings to outside state and encouraging overloading of the vehicle. It was also decided in the meeting to highlight the matter through media and demanded that outsider HYVA Dumpers should be banned as state motor act law and their overloading should also be banned in the state.
