Early Times Report

Jammu, July 21: Jammu and Kashmir Youth Sharnarthi Action Committee (JKY SAC) today held a meeting under the leadership of Iqbal Singh Iqbal General Secretary of Committee and termed walkout of three ministers Tara Chand, Rman Bhalla and Sham Lal Sharma from cabinet a drama and asked them not to play politics with the sad plights of the PoK refugees. While addressing the meeting Iqbal strongly condemned the drama played by the three shameless ministers of staging a walk out for the refugee cause that too at the fag end of the government, when government is going to complete its term and Model Code of Conduct is going to be enforced. He urged the ministers not play politics over their plights for their political gains and added that PoK refugees have understood their game plan and will suitably reply in forthcoming assembly elections as they had done in parliament elections.
He warned these greedy leaders not to treat the PoK refugees as the voting machine and dead persons. He questioned that why they not staged a walkout in 2009 or in 2010 and now they are staging a walkout in the cabinet, when the alliance between both the parties had been broken. He also questioned the intention of Raman Bhalla about his sincerity towards PoK refugees that when he was Minister for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, why he had not prepared the package for PoK refugees and placed in cabinet for approval in 2009 and now he is shedding the crocodile tears and for his petty political interest he is trying to again hoodwink the PoK refugees. He also questioned the Shama Lal Sharma for playing the drama of staging of walkout from cabinet and asked him why he had not done earlier, when his brother was sitting in Parliament for last 10 years and he was sitting in J&K government.
