| Need to Plug Foreign Flow of Funds to Pakistan for Terrorism under Garb of Charity | | | A N Bharadwaj
The attention of Gov
ernment of India is
focused towards the flow of funds from Muslim countries for Pakistan and other charitable institutions working in India for terrorism in the name of Madrasas under the garb of charity for the welfare and educational purpose which usually are misused for brain washing to the minor students against India by distorting facts, imbibing extreme hate ad wedge between Hindus and Muslims, and developing terror culture. After qualifying anti-India hateful training from Madrassas where every year thousands youths are indoctrinated in extremism and spread communal venom among the people.
Their performance exhibited by these so called jehadis in Middle East, Afghanistan and Pakistan is not encouraging and appreciable. There people are killed on the plea of intolerance of faith and river of Human blood is spilled. They possess their voice in the administration as a source of power as is performed in democratic Government in Pakistan, which is helpless and cannot dare to frame any peace policy for neighbor country till the green signal is issued from the terror destructive leadership.
They are so rigid and extreme to keep even littlie space for humanity in their mental out-look, therefore human slaughtering in the fit of intolerance is not termed as crime, but it is treated jehad for Islam. The human civilization does not teach hate with others. Therefore it is the foremost responsibility of the national Government to check the syllabus and curriculum keeping in view of the interest of composite culture. The Indian education system needs for review in accordance with the secular policy.
The education imparted through Madeassas against the composite culture to produce fundamentalists for blood bath and dreadful source of funding flow to generate violence need for review.
The Government of India has been sleeping over this matter that information revealed by U S diplomatic cable flashed by Vicky-leaks reported by Pak's Dawn News-paper, that financial support estimated at 100-million dollars yearly flowed from Gulf Arab countries to an extremist recruitment net work in Pak-Punjab, utilized by terror outfits and Madrassas, besides the then Principal Officer at the U S consulate at Lahore disclosed during discussion in November 2008, that charities from South Arabia and United Emirates financed a net work in Pakistan for recruited candidates to wage jehad.
The inmates of Madrassas are kept aloof and denied to develop any contacts with the outside people of the society. That flow of charity to India is meant for the purpose of Sunni sect and Madrassas to produce the sectarian extremists and fanatics to change the balance of the nation religiously, usually the flow comes to India from missionary and Islamic charitable organizations of Muslim countries of the world.
In the light of the brain-wash campaign of the inmates of Madrassas by imparting the twisting and distorting references of the India history, there is an urgent need to review the educational system of madrassas. Although its management has right to impart its religious education according to an Islamic tenet along with the regular syllabus according the national policy.
The Indian Governmment will not allow to any one of its country to remain backward with other due to religious cover.
It is well known to the Government of India that some management of madrassas do not get grant from the Government and runs it on charity basis which is utilized whimsically that does not suit to the national policy. In that circumstances Government is under obligation to check viability of these institutions. However Government is responsible to check the flow of foreign charity and its proper utilization according to the purpose.
It is known to the world that the British Indian was partitioned for everlasting peace, harmony, and tranquility.
After the partition, the Muslim League President Pak-monarch M A Jinnah in the capacity of Governor General reiterated his policy for the information to the world in his maiden broadcast speech that Pakistan was a home of the people of all faiths, but his all assurances given to Pak-minorities did not match with action, because that all was the show off to project the secular democracy.
In fact, soon after emerging Pakistan, the home-land for Muslims, they started fanatic activities to cleanse the minorities for its soil through coercive techniques. In continuation to their intolerance of other faith, they started their terror operations to harass minorities to the extend to extreme compelling for leaving their country under the nose of ruling leaders.
The showy democracy was not capable to control the fundamentalists for stopping fanatic activities appeared daily in routine nature in Pakistan. There President and the Prime minister are helpless to impose any law or frame any policy for peace and developments till green signal is received from their army and terror agency ISI, as the ruling power is with army and terror outfits who frame the policy to run the national administration under set extreme procedure.
That fact is known world over. Now the question arises that the terrorists are active to administrate the country with terror policy and intolerance of faith, which disturbs peace in South Asia.
That performance has been noticed that whenever efforts are exerted to develop Indo-Pak relations, at that time they sabotaged the process by killings and blasting. Under the circumstances India is under obligation in every respect to check menace under evolving any maiden policy to check the growth of Pak-supported terrorism in the light of helplessness of Pak-ruling leaders. |
