HC directive to indentify land for old age home 8/31/2014 10:46:07 PM Jammu, Aug 31 (JNF) : In a PIL filed by Viklang Chattra Trust regarding better care of old age home, a high court division bench of Justice Virender Singh and Justice Tashi Rabstan has directed the state to indentify land for establishing composite home and old-age homes in Jammu as well as in Kashmir. When this PIL came up for hearing, counsel for the trust and additional advocate general Gagan Basotra stated that joint efforts shall be made by them to identify the land for establishing composite home and old age homes in Jammu province.
