Nat Manch stages Hindi play 'Ann Ka Niradar' | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 9: As part of its on-going Tuesday Series of Nukkad Natak, the Nat Manch staged hindi play 'Ann Ka Niradar' at Paloura today. According to press release, with today's presentation, the Nat Manch also completed its 127th show in its ongoing Tuesday Series. The play was written by Sahil Tilak Sharma and directed by Tarun Sharma, a renowned theater artist of Jammu and Kashmir State. The story of the play revolves around a rich man who always showed disrespect to food. Mostly, whenever he was served food, he rejected it for one or other pertex and always found fault in the food due to this habit his family members were much distressed by his disrespect to food. The limit of his bad habits reached such a limit that his daughter in laws refused to serve him food. The rich man was so proud of his money that he made his sons to get out of his residence along with their wives and try to live alone in his big house. He kept a servant for making food and other domestic works. The servant was very cunning and he snatched the property of rich man by befooling him. The condition of the rich man became so miserable that he started begging for food .One day he was sitting along queue in a temple to get food from the visitors. By chance the one of his daughter in law of rich man came to the temple for worship and served food to beggars. Suddenly they saw their father in law sitting in the queue of beggars to get food. On seeing him, his daughter in law said 'Those who disrespect food suffer like this'. The actors who performed in the play were Sahil Tilak sharma, Tarun Sharma and Sonali Kalsi. |
