KPC to observe martyrs day as 'Black Day' on Sept 14 | | | Jammu, Sept 9 : Kashmiri Pandit Community will observe martyrs day as" black day" on Sept 14, 2014. Addressing his party activists at New Delhi on Tuesday KPC Chief Kundan Kashmiri appealed to community to wear black badges, switching off lights for an hour at the time of sandhya (evening time) followed by prayer meetings for our beloved martyrs and security forces who laid their lives for the cause of KP Community and the country. Kundan further stated that there were certain unforgettable remembrances and sad events of the past which left an indelible imprint on the mind set of KP Community, so Martyrs day or Balidan Divas is an important day for the exiled KP community, not an occasion for celebration but the observance of a moment for introspection and reiteration of resolve to recover and re-capture our land of birth the" Kashyap Boomi" from those Islamist in Kashmir who created Islamist terrorism in the valley and the consequent religious cleaning and killing of beloved one of Kashmiri Pandit community and other Nationalist forces are the outcome of particular politics persuaded by them over the years. KPC appeals whole KP Baradari to come forward, get united and fight for your rights and observe September 14, as Black Day.
