JAMMU, Sept 12: Players, mostly from the discipline of Judo, who returned Jammu only yesterday after remained stranded in Srinagar for five days, were back to their coaching centre at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here. Accompanied by their visibly relieved parents, these judokas shared the agony they underwent during their stay at different places till the rescue team reached them. With tears rolling down their cheeks, for the worried parents, it was second birth for their dear ones. These parents disclosed how they underwent sleepless nights till a contact was established with their wards. Confident enough to resume their coaching classes, these boys told the visiting newsmen that they will back to normal practice very soon. Players from other disciplines of Wushu and Taekwondo were also present at the MA Stadium to tell the tale of woes. |
