Ex-Servicemen rally cum Fauji Mela from Sept 22 in Kishtwar 9/19/2014 11:01:53 PM KISHTWAR, Sept 19 : Army is organizing an Ex-Servicemen rally cum Fauji Mela for all Ex-Servicemen and war widows of distt Kishtwar on 22nd of September 2014. The main programme will be held at Helipad Kishtwar from 8 AM onwards.
