Babu Singh lambasts state government 10/1/2014 9:53:25 PM Kathua Oct 1: Ex-Power Minister Babu Singh has lambasted the state government for delaying release of the pending salaries of Govt Teachers and said it is sheer negligence of state Government. The teachers who are engaged under RMSA and SSA have been depriving of salaries for the last many months. The survival of several families of these teachers are facing unbearable financial crisis as their school going children and old parentages worstly affected. He further added that It is the moral and legal responsibility of the state Government to take serious notice on their salary pending crisis and take some remedies to the problem as soon as possible.
