Congress candidate Singh conducts door to door campaign 11/16/2014 12:11:37 AM Early Times Report Kathua, Nov 15: Former Minister and Congress Candidate for Kathua seat, Babu Singh today conducted a door to door campaign in Nagri locality to gear up his poll campaigning here today. Seeking vote babu Singh said, "I am contesting assembly election with a vision and specific agenda to serve the people of Kathua who are deprived of all development." Senior party leaders Narseh Sharma, Tarsem Paul Saini and Dr Madhu Sudan also accompanied him during his tour . He said Congress wave is on peak as compared to BJP which stands nowhere. Reminding people of his public welfare works during his tenure as power minister. He regretted that but varuous project could not be completed because sitting MLA failed to address the problem.
