Signature campaign organized under SVEEP 11/19/2014 11:07:00 PM Early Times Report Billawar, Nov 19: Tehsil Administration Billawar in collaboration with Government Degree College Billawar organized a 'Signature Campaign' under the SVEEP program, an initiative to educate and aware the youth about the value of casting their vote. Dr. R S Charak, SDM Billawar was the chief guest and Dr. Manmeet Mottan, Tehsildar Billawar was the guest of honor on the occasion. Dr. Charak in his address to the students underlined the significance and importance of the vote to strengthen the democracy.
