YCET students visit industrial area 11/19/2014 11:07:10 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 19: Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology (YCET) organized an industrial visit for its B-Tech students of Civil branch to Shree Guru Kripa Cement (Pvt.) Ltd. Samba. The visit to the Plant started with an initial round of briefing about the norms & safety parameters being used to the students by Surinder, Plant Head, which he said is mandatory to comply by the visitors. Surinder interacted with the students and told about the complete process of cement manufacturing, beginning from raw material procurement, Lime stone crusher to final product and packaging of cement. He also showed the different steps taken by QCD to ensure the quality standards are maintained at each and every step of cement manufacturing.
