Bhandari holds series of meetings to seek vote for Congress 11/19/2014 11:13:11 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, Nov 19: Intensifying their campaigning, Congress leader Shamsher Singh Bhandari today held corner meetings in various areas of Kishtwar and appealed the people to vote for the party candidate, Nek Ram Manhas and strengthen the hands of GhulamNabi Azad in the state. Addressing the meetings at Dacchan and Chartoo today, Shamsher who was accompanied by Farooq Ahmed Tapal, MohdRaifq Butt and Tilak Raj Shan highlighted the achievements of three years rule of Azad which touched the heights in development and work culture was established during his Government. The Congress leaders said that their party has a long history and it stands for the socialism, secularism and strengthening of democracy.
