Multi-crore Finance Cos Scam: DB directs Court liquidator to file report 11/20/2014 12:17:36 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 19 (JNF): In the Public Interest Litigation filed by Welfare Association of Share Holders of Sheen Finance & Investment (India), Sheen Agro Plantation Ltd and Sheen Road Links Limited, a Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice TashiRabstan of J&K High Court, today asked Court liquidator to file a report and also directed Directors to cooperate with the CA and Court liquidator. During the hearing today Division Bench observed that in pursuance of the directions issued in order dated November 11, 2014, Counsel for respondents have stated that Directors represented by their counsels have appeared for the Chartered Accountant as well as the Court liquidator.
