JAMMU, Dec 5: Congress candidate for Marh Constituency, Balwan Singh while conducting door to door campaign at Camp Gol-Gujral, sought a decisive mandate from the people for his Congress Party in the forthcoming Assembly elections.
Balwan Singh asserted it is the Congress-led government alone which has proved credentials of being pro-development and that it alone can meet the expectations of the people.
He promised people of the constituency that if elected or blessed by people with their votes, he will not let people suffer any more, by misdeeds of the wrong policies of the government due to which people are still suffering.
