Former ADGP's kin knocked to death 12/5/2014 11:39:32 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 5: An unknown vehicle knocked a morning walker who happens to be a close kin of former Addl Director General of Police (ADGP) to death here in Bohri area on today. As per reports, the incident took place this morning at 6.00 am when one Ram Krishan Raina son of Bishamber Nath Raina of Bohri, a close relative to former ADGP Ashok Bhan, was on his routine morning walk. He was hit by an unknown vehicle which sped away from the spot.
