Jammu, Dec 5: Senior PDP leader and its candidate from Jammu East assembly constituency Bharat Chowdhary further intensifying his election campaign today visited various areas of the City.
The PDP leader as accorded warm welcome at various localities and locals appreciated his hard work for the welfare of people since he joined PDP four years ago. Bharat Chowdhary culminated his door to door campaign at Khatikan Talab where he addressed a rally outside main Jamia Masjid. While addressing the gathering at Khatikan Talab he lambasted both BJP and Congress as well for having duped the voters of Jammu East by their false assurances. "Sitting BJP MLA since last six years has taken voters for a ride repeatedly and to counter the people's disenchantment with the Party have now sent a new face, he said. "Congress has made only made false promises and now have fielded their proxy candidate to befool the people, he said and asked the gathering to be wary of these candidates who have been going around inaugurating projects without any legal authority or sanctity. Bharat Chowdhary urged the voters to support pro-people agenda of PDP which is going to form next government in the State, for ushering in real development in Jammu East. |
