Jammu, Dec 8: Kamla Jamwal, the wife of Narsingh Dev Singh Jamwal, a prominent Dogri Writer died of cardiac arrest today early morning at her Bhalwal residence.
She was cremated today in which large number of people participated including prominent Dogri writers Dhian Singh Langeh, Prof Lalit Mangotra, Mohan Singh, Gianeshwar Sharma, Gian Singh, Randhir Singh Raipuria, Shivdev Singh Susheel. She was 78 years old and married to Jamwal in the year 1952 at Billawar.
Later the Duggar Lok Manch held condolence meeting at Paloura to condole the sad demise of Kamla Jamwal. Hari Chand Jalmeria, Shivdev Susheel, Udey Chand, Samarjeet Singh, Inderjit Khajuria, Ramankant Singh, Balbir Singh Manhas Advocate, Subhash Sharma, Arvind Singh Jalmeria Advocate participated. |
