NPP supremo urges CEC to disqualify BJP from contest

jammu, Dec 8: Prof. Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party who is presently in Kashmir Valley in connection with election campaign for the Assembly has sent an urgent communication to V. S. Sampath, the Chief Election Commissioner of India to declare BJP as disqualified party for the current Assembly election in view of the gross violation of the Code of Conduct by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and his party.
He said that Panthers Party had arranged four public meetings in Srinagar District today which were to be addressed by Prof.Bhim Singh. He accused the ruling parties in Delhi and Srinagar for converting the entire districts of Srinagar and Budgam as police camp, impose undeclared curfew in the entire Valley with the result that election campaign of the Panthers Party and other parties were washed out which is a serious violation of the Code of Conduct.
Prof.Bhim Singh that the people are forced to remain locked inside the houses, all the shops and markets have been shut down by the security forces to enable . Modi to address a rally in a small ground in front of Amar Singh Club.
Singh told media persons in Srinagar that he dared address several election rallies in Baramulla, Budgam, Pulwama, Anantnag and other places which were struck by the terrorist's couple of days back. He demanded high power judicial inquiry under the supervision of the Election Commission of India to find out the hidden truth in connection of the false claims made by the government.
He said that these terrorist activities were organized, abetted and supported by the NC-Congress leaders to create scare mongering campaign to deter the electorates to exercise their right to vote. He accused Prime Minister Modi for hobnobbing with anti-national elements in search of his mission 44. He said that Panthers have won all the three seats in Udhampur, one seat in Ramban District whereas Panthers shall win half a dozen of seats in the Valley and 15 in Jammu Pradesh.
