Six days orientation training programme inaugurated 12/9/2014 12:05:48 AM Early Times Report DODA, Dec 8: A six days orientation training programme was organized for the Principals of District Doda & Kishtwar on the Educational Planning and Financial Management by the Planning & Management Wing of State Institute of Education Jammu from December 8 to Dec 13, 2014. The training programme was inaugurated by H. R Pakhroo, Joint Director (Trainings)/Principal SIE Jammu who emphasized the role of the Principals in growth of the Education system. He also laid stress upon the Principals for adopting new trends & methods of administration for promotion of quality education in their Institutions. During the programme various key issues like School Administration, Financial rules & regulations, Educational Planning and Development of Leadership aptitude etc shall be taken up in depth by the experts / resource persons from the different departments as well as SIE Jammu. Earlier a welcome address was presented by Saroop Kumar Raina Sr.Field Advisor SIE Jammu (Chief Coordinator of the Programme) who dwelt upon the aims & objectives of this training programme for the Principals. The proceeding of the training programme were conducted by Suresh Kumar Gouria Research Officer (Co-ordinator) SIE Jammu. Besides this Sartia Anand, Brij Lal & SL Tingloo Field Advisors of SIE jammu were also present during the inaugural session of the programme.
