Daffodils Care Convent Pre School celebrates Annual Day

Jammu, Dec 14: Daffodils Care Convent Pre School, Jain Bazar today celebrated their second Annual day function here in the Jammu Club auditorium with enthusiasm.
The glittering ceremony commenced with the welcoming of the Chief Guest Dr. Lokesh Verma, Former Professor, Dean and Head of the Department (HoD) Education Department, Jammu University whereas the Guest of the honour was Rohini Raina, Vice-Chairperson cum Principal of the Jammu Sanskrit School.
The ceremonial lamp was lighted along with the chanting of Gayatri Mantra by the Chief Guest, other dignitaries and all the parents.
The function commenced with remembering Lord Ganesha by a wonderful presence of 'Ganesh Vandhana' by the tiny tots. The little ones also danced to the tunes of different songs. Everyone was spell bound to witness the dialogue delivery of the tiny ones in an English play-"Cindrella's birthday party". The dance performance by pre-nursery based on the theme of the show 'Dazzle-Taare Zameen Par' was the main attraction of the show which conveyed the message that each child his/her own unique potential. We just need to identify and discover it. The Principal Shikha Puri presented the Annual Report.
The Chief Guest Dr. Lokesh Verma appreciated the management, staff, and students for putting up a spectacular show.
He also appreciated the efforts of the school in providing the students with all round development. The guest of the honour Rohini Sharma also lauded the children for sensitizing the audience regarding the importance of importance of right Pre School in at right age. She congratulated the management and the staff for imparting sufficient training day in and day out to the little children.
The chief guest and guest of the honour were thanked for their encouraging presence by presenting the mementos as token of love by the school management. The dance teachers Sam & Sush and Music teacher Rajat were also encouraged with mementos of appreciation.
