HC directs State to consider petitioner for I/C CEO 1/28/2015 10:53:20 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 28 (JNF): In the petition filed by Gulzar Hussain presently posted as HOD DIET Rajouri seeking direction to respondents to regularize the petitioner as Principal 10+2 w.e.f. 01-02-2005 on the analogy of Lal Hussain and further direct the respondents to consider his case for the post of I/c Chief Education Officer w.e.f. 09-10-2012 on same analogy. Vacation Judge of J&K High Court Jammu Wing Justice Hasnain Massodi disposed off the petition with the direction to commissioner/secretary School Education to accord consideration to petitioner's claim for regularization as Principal 10+2 as detailed in the petition and also as Incharge Chief Education officer having regard to averment in the petition and of course the rules and occupying the filed and also directed that the decision be taken within four weeks. The petitioner submitted that this is the second round of litigation and earlier also because of the discriminatory attitude of the respondents, the petitioner approached this Court through the medium of SWP No.247/2006 titled Gulzar Hussain V/s State of J&K & Ors which was dispose of the with a direction to respondent No.1 herein to consider the case of the petitioner under ST Category for grant of promotion to the post of Lecturer against the vacant post if he otherwise fulfills the qualification and other requirements for the said post and falls within the consideration zone in the discipline of English.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
