| Married woman found dead under mysterious circumstances | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Feb 17 : Mystery shrouded over the death of the young married woman (32) who was found dead under mysterious circumstance in Bhaderwah at her residence here today. Meanwhile local police taking cognizance in this regard started inquest proceedings.
Police sources said, "The deceased has been identified as Shahida Begum w/o Ashiq Hussain of Dandi Bhaderwah.' "After receiving information regarding the mysterious death of married woman, a team of Bhaderwah police immediately rushed to the spot and took the custody of the body and collected circumstantial evidences, police sources said.
"Later police shifted the body to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Bhaderwah for autopsy, police sources said, adding, "the investigations under u/s 174 Cr.Pc has been started while husband of the deceased has been picked up for questioning."
"Meanwhile SDH Bhaderwah authorities have constituted a medical board for conducting the autopsy upon the deceased, police sources said.
They said that though the detailed medical reports are awaited but preliminary report revealed that there were no external injury mark on the body. However after completion of legal formalities, the police handed over the body to the family member for last rites. |
