Niaz demands MLC seat for ST community 2/17/2015 11:25:17 PM Jammu, Feb 17 : Former Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Mohammed Sharief Niaz has demanded from Congress high command that the mandate for at least one MLC seat to be given ST community belonging to district Doda. According to press release, Niaz said that no party has given representation to Gujjar Bakarwal community in erstwhile district Doda, Kathua and Udhampur in Legislative council.
