NCP condoles demise of RR Patil | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 17: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) held a condolence meeting by Former Minister Thakur Randhir Singh condoled the sad demise of former deputy Chief Minister and the most successful Home Minister of Maharashtra, R R Patil who passed away in Lilavati Hospital Mumbai. In a statement issued here, Thakur Randhir Singh described late RR Patil one of the most dignified and honest NCP leader of Maharashtra who was also state President NCP before becoming Minister and was the first leader from Maharashtra who started first computerized cooperative sugar factory in his constituency District Sangli. He said that death of R R Patil is a great loss to NCP the void created by his death can't be fulfilled. He said that passing away of RR Patil was personal loss to him also. Two minutes silence was observed in the memory of Late R R Patil and heartfelt sympathies were conveyed to members of bereaved family and prayed to Almighty God to grant peace to the departed soul and give strength to the grieved family and his relations. Among those who were present in the meeting included Prof GM Pal ,KK Digra, RS Billowaria, Gourav Kapoor, Sandeep Manhas, VK Atri , Col Amar Singh Bansi Lal Sodhi, Choudhary Dev Raj , RC Bali, Tariq Nar, Ashok Singh, Aizaz Hussain Naik, Pawan Bakshi, Ramesh Chibber, Shanti Prakash Shan, Pittamber Singh and Surjit Singh. |
