Bhat for assessment of losses due to windstorm 6/20/2015 11:35:05 PM Devsar, June 20: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Devsar and Senior Congress Leaders Mohd Amin Bhathas expressed anguish over the loss to Horticulture and agriculture due to windstorm in Devsar Constituency last night. MLA Devsar while apprehending heavy loss urged the district administration of Kulgam and State government to look into the matter and get the details of loss, so that affected people are compensated.
