Jammu, June 25: All J&K Ex-Central Paramilitary Services Welfare forum (CPMF) highlighted problems being faced by the association due to the apathy of constitutional rulers at the helm of affairs have forced them to poverty and deserted the brave defenders of yesterday for their heavenly living for generation ages. , All India Co-ordination Committee New Delhi, Chairperson retired IG VPS Panwar said, we have knocked every door of every Feudal lords but nothing has been done on the ground regarding our issued and demands so far. It has been observed in the past that there is no one on the soil to listens problems and to take pains to mitigate our woes suffered by 15 lacs retired and 75 lacs dependents including Veer Naris. The circumstances are compelled to wake up the Central government constitutional lords for redressal of demands including revision of Pension Pre & Post 2006 retirees by honoring the apex court decision, One Rank One Pension, ex-servicemen status, martyr status to the soldiers killed in action/on duty, a law based provision should have to be made, equal duty equal wages, enhancement of medical allowance from Rs. 500/-pm to Rs. 2000/-pm, reservation quota for wards and young widows in recruitment, education institutions as well as in the technical institutions upto 10%, Central Paramilitary Services cadres promotion is required to be extended upto Director Generals, widow pension to be revised equal to male retirees and other related demands which were not fulfilled by the Central government so far. Darshan Kumar, R.L Dogra, Mohammad Majid, Dalip Singh, Mohinder Singh, Koshal Singh, Gurbachan, Noor Mohammad, Lovely Pandita, Veena and Harinder Kour were also present on the occasion. |
