VC, KAB calls on Union Agriculture Minister 6/25/2015 11:43:13 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 25 : Vice Chairman (VC), Kissan Advisory Board (KAB), Daljeet Singh Chib today called on Union Agricuture Minister Radha Mohan Singh in his office chamber in Delhi and apprised him about the widespread devastation in agricuture sector due to flash floods and rains in the state. Chib requested the Union Minister for continuing the central share on 90:10 basis, saying, "State cannot afford to address all the issues of the farming community with limited resources. There are financial problems as far as providing incentives to the farming community is concerned". The Union Minister listened to the genuine demands highlighted by Chib and promised to cooperate on all levels whereever possible to sort the burning issues of the farming community.
