Murder accused SOG Cop handed over to Domana Police 6/25/2015 11:45:40 PM Early Times Report Jammu, June 25: The alleged murder accused constable who also had tried to end his life after shooting a suspect in narcotics smuggler to death was today handed over to Police Station Domana. Police sources said that Gandhar Singh (26) son of Gurcharan Singh of Arnia was today handed over to the custody of Domana police as a case under 195/15 under section 302 of RPC was registered against him at Domana police station for shooting dead a narco suspect. Earlier, he consumed some poisonous substance under mysterious circumstances on June 22 in premises of SOG office below Gummat. Pertinently the accused was among five police personnel of Special Operations Group (SOG) Jammu who were booked for murder charges under Section 302 RPC at Domana police station after they fired upon suspected narcotics smuggler and killed him with service weapon at Slathia Mohalla near Domana police station on June 21.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
