Jammu, Jun 25: In a government order, issued Secretary to Government CA&PD Department Sourabh Bhagat today ordered transfer and posting of three officers of Legal Metrology Department LMD) from Jammu to Kashmir province alleging
"As per order, V S Sambyal, Deputy Controller (Enforcement) is transferred from Jammu province and posted as Deputy Controller (Enforcement) Kashmir vice Tanveer Ahmed Najar. Tanveer Ahmed Najar, Deputy Controller (Enforcement), Kashmir is transferred and posted as Deputy Controller ( Consumer Protection), Jammu vice Manoj Prabhakar, an official said.
According to official sources, the transferred was made effective following the resentment that the transfer policy is brazenly violated in the CA&PD department.
Sourabh Bhagat when contacted said that the Jammu based officers did not see the face of the Kashmir province for the last twenty years and similar was the position of the Kashmir based officers. Government also sanctioned an advance T.A to these officers for ensuring their movements, an official added. |
