Early Times Report

Jammu, Apr 24: Action against employees of the state government found involved in creating law and order problems by provoking local youth for stone pelting in Kupwara has perplexed the Hurriyat (G) ostensibly behind the scene which masterminded clashes between security forces and gullible youth in Kupwara districts in Kashmir
As per reports appearing in media, Hurriyat (G) has felt aghast over suspension of five government employees in Kupwara who were reportedly found instrumental to incite people which led to law and order problems there and the analysts, recapitulating the past record of Hurriyat and other extremist groups to fuel trouble in Kashmir, say that these factions running their shops designed to involve young generation of the State, especially Kashmiris to indulge into anti-Kashmir activities having its handlers across the border, has taken the responsibility of keeping the trouble pot boiling in Kashmir on one pretext or the other which is misguiding and spoiling the youth belonging to different strata of the society ,further said, adding that common man in the state is interested for survival languishing for ameliorating his lot by getting education, job, livelihood and above all emancipation from the clutches of sponsored local disturbances by separatists who need to be ostracized and alienated to bring peace, progress and prosperity in the state.
While observing the act of Hurriyat condemning the state government for taking action against govt employees indulged into unlawful activities, the political analysts state that there are set rules governing conduct of govt employees and any one deviating from these rules can attract the provision of J&K Civil Service Conduct rules and them unwarranted act of Hurriyat to poke its nose into the affairs of state administration are suggestive of adopting definite pro-active approach while dealing with sinister designs of these elements, confess to be pro- Kashmiris but are otherwise out to spoil and segregate even govt employees from the main stream to participate in anti national adventures at their instance. The political experts express that the government should replace the obsolete mild policy with new result oriented policy to politically handle the separatists sternly who have neither any political base in the state nor did they ever test their political backings in state Assembly so that they (separatists) are made totally irrelevant politically in their endeavor to misguide and beguile younger generation towards path of violence.
The political experts opine that the time has come realize that enough is enough as the terror unleashed causing tremendous death ,destruction and deceit over decades has largely vitiated the peaceful atmosphere of the State due to pro-pak forces having been made to survive unbridled owning to appeasement policy adopted by successive governments at the Centre and the state further said ,adding that this has virtually made them to muster enough guts to the extent that the separatists have of late shifted from their previous strategy to new strategy of demoralizing the security force during clashes by sending local groups adjacent to the site of encounter between militants and Army provoking them to raise anti India slogans to hamper and divert the attention of security forces to fight militants which is alarming signs in as much these misguided elements are directly attacking the Army bunkers and camps showing courage and fortitude with impunity given the latest bloody incidents in the valley which can prove as a gigantic stumbling block for the government to take forward its agenda of peace, prosperity and development
