Separatists instigate people to confront Army
8/24/2016 11:49:16 PM

Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 24: The separatists in an act of desperation and on the directions of their handlers from Pakistan have decided to scale up the protest to a point of direct confrontation with the army. The sources said it's a desperate attempt to bring in army in direct confrontation with the sole objective of discrediting it as direct confrontation could result in fatal casualities.
The new calendar issued by the separatists have asked the people to proceed towards Badami Bagh, which houses the 15 corps headquarters . The separatist have asked the protestors that the objective is tell the army to vacate the Jammu and Kashmir.
"Badami Bagh is a very sensistive area. Any large scale movement and that too violent will get strong reply from the army. And , going by the nature of protests in the valley its for sure that they are going to be violent. So it's desperate but also a meticilious plan by them to further flair up the tension and increase the death toll, which will further worsen the situation," said the officials.
The source said that the protest calendar was issued on the day of arrival of the home minister and coincided with the large scale protests in the Pulwama where one protestor also succumbed.
"The separatists and their handlers are getting increasingly frustrated as till now the prime minister Modi has not budged. He has not conceded a single demand and has also made it clear that anything outside Constitution will not be accepted and also terrorism in any form, soft or hard, will not be accepted, This is one thing they had not anticipated and just to push a PM even a bit, they are trying these tactics but at the cost of the human lives. The PM and intelligence agencies are in knowledge of their plan," said the official.
Sources said the deployment of the BSF is a definite signal that from now on the things will not be same on the streets.
