Influential warden overstays for above thirteen years, government transfer policy criticized 9/19/2016 11:05:45 PM Rajesh Tandon Early Times Report Poonch, Sept 19:Although state government is claiming to provide neat and clean system of government in Jammu and Kashmir state, how true is this good governance shows that an employee of education department posted at Pahari Hostel Poonch, having political affluence has been posted at a single place for about last thirteen years. What a justice by government? Many political unapproachable employees are not allowed to stay at single place for his two years period too. A political affluent warden is staying at administrative post since long. Sources informed that the said hostel is opened in which 1996-97 and only single warden has retired from here in 2003 after that the current warden is overstaying here. The performance of the said warden is not satisfactory then why he is staying stayed here, Reshi questioned. He said for taking information he filed an application under Right To Information Act 2009 before PIO Poonch last year and filed first appeal before deputy commissioner Poonch from where the application has been vanished. Reshi said the employees and common masses are resenting that the education department is working under influence of government and plays injustice with politically unapproachable employees and common masses. He appealed to education minister Naem Akhter to take action honestly and provide chance to other employees too to serve there.
