People of Harwan and its adjacent areas including Shalimar, Arabal, Chandpora, Dhara, Theed and New Theed have appealed to the administration to make arrangements for the smooth functioning of the health centre so that people don't face difficulties. "People are also facing problems in moving from these areas to the Srinagar's main hospitals including SMHS and SKIMS in view of the curfew restrictions," said Mehraj Ahmad of Shalimar. "There is no doctor in the area to treat patients. This is administration's fault," said Sakeena, a diabetic patient.
